Swedish health tech firm H100 Group AB is doubling down on Bitcoin. The company just raised around $14.1 million (SEK 14.1 million) through a directed share issue as part of its growing strategy to build a robust Bitcoin treasury.
The capital was raised from a select group of qualified investors, including notable names like Evan Rosenberg, Loek Schellekens, and Sebastiaan Hendrik Gerrit Jan Ribbink. H100 issued up to 1.52 million new shares at SEK 9.30 apiece, which was the stock’s closing price on July 18. The new issuance accounts for a small dilution of about 0.5%, keeping the impact on existing shareholders minimal.
A Bitcoin-First Strategy That’s Gaining Steam
The latest fundraise is yet another step in H100 Group’s strategic pivot toward becoming a leading Bitcoin treasury company in Europe. What began as a surprising move back in May when H100 made headlines by purchasing 4.39 BTC for $490,000, leading to a 40% spike in its stock price has now evolved into a full-blown corporate strategy.
Since then, the company has taken bold steps to grow its BTC holdings. Earlier this July, H100 secured a massive $54 million in venture capital the largest crypto VC round globally during the week of July 6–12, according to Crypto Fundraising.
Now, with this additional capital from its share offering, the firm plans to strengthen its BTC position even further.
370 BTC and Counting
According to BitcoinTreasuries, H100 Group now holds approximately 370 BTC, valued at over $44 million based on current market prices. That’s enough to place it at #49 among the world’s top public Bitcoin Treasury holders.
With this growing Bitcoin reserve, H100 is making a name for itself not just in health tech but as a serious player in the digital asset space.
