Robinhood’s latest addition to its crypto lineup gave Toncoin (TON) a small bump, but the token’s broader chart still tells a gloomy story. Despite the excitement, TON remains stuck deep in the red down more than 60% from its all-time high.
Robinhood Lists TON
On August 28, Robinhood confirmed the launch of Toncoin spot trading, joining recent additions like SUI, FLOKI, ONDO, and PENGU.
The announcement briefly pushed TON’s price from $3.12 to $3.25, before the gains quickly faded. By press time, TON was trading around $3.16, according to crypto.news data.
The listing also puts Robinhood ahead of Coinbase, which has yet to offer TON trading despite the token’s close ties to the Telegram ecosystem.
A Token Still Deep in the Red
While a new listing usually boosts visibility, TON’s chart shows just how fragile sentiment remains.
