Bitcoin is showing renewed strength after its recent sharp decline, with analysts pointing to a reclaimed support zone, a completed fair value gap (FVG), and a new imbalance area that could shape the next major trend.
Crypto analyst Crypto Patel highlighted that Bitcoin has now filled its Fair Value Gap and tapped a key Bearish Order Block exactly as previously projected. Traders who positioned early for an upside move likely benefited from the long setup, Patel noted.
With the first target reached, Patel says attention now shifts to Bitcoin’s next high-timeframe imbalance zone. According to him, BTC could make a push into this upper FVG before facing any deeper correction. This aligns with Patel’s broader outlook: he expects Bitcoin to sweep into that area before losing momentum.
Patel also outlined the level that would invalidate his bearish bias. If Bitcoin manages a sustained close above a much higher resistance range, the current bearish structure would be broken. That kind of breakout, Patel says, could mark the beginning of a new bullish phase, potentially leading toward fresh all-time highs.
Support Holds, but Is It Enough?
Another analyst, known as The Boss, echoed signs of early recovery. After the heavy sell-off, Bitcoin reacted strongly at local support and climbed back above a key level an indication that buyers are stepping in.
The Boss added that broader macro sentiment is improving as well. Softer expectations around Federal Reserve tightening, growing risk appetite, and increased interest in risk-on assets are all contributing to the rebound.
Still, the analyst warned that this recovery needs confirmation. Bitcoin must continue holding the support zone and show stronger volume and momentum to form a solid upward trend. Without that, there’s still a chance the move could turn into a dead-cat bounce a brief recovery before another decline.
