August 19, 2025 Decentralized advertising platform Alkimi has officially gone live on the Sui Network, marking a major step in its mission to bring the entire digital ad supply chain fully onchain. As part of the move, the project has rebranded its token from ADS to ALKIMI, with a 1:1 swap ratio for existing holders.
Migration and Exchange Updates
The transition to Sui involves full integration of Mysten Labs’ tech stack, including Sui, Walrus, Nautilus, and Seal, to handle ad delivery, impression validation, payments, and encrypted data management without intermediaries.
To facilitate the swap, exchanges KuCoin and MEXC temporarily suspended ADS trading, with balances automatically converted to ALKIMI once the migration is complete. Spot trading will reopen shortly after.
Meanwhile, Kraken confirmed it plans to list ALKIMI soon, though an official launch date has not yet been announced.
