HFT crypto is having a moment. The token, which powers decentralized trading platform Hashflow, has surged as much as 105% in the past 24 hours, catching the attention of traders and investors eager to ride the wave.
Data from CoinGecko shows that Hashflow’s native token briefly spiked to a high of $0.151 before cooling off slightly to around $0.14. As of press time, HFT is still up by an impressive 99.2% for the day.
Although the token remains about 95.9% below its all-time high of $3.61, its recent rally has been nothing short of dramatic. Over the past week, HFT has climbed nearly 167% a massive gain that’s also reflected in its trading activity.
On July 1 alone, the daily trading volume for HFT skyrocketed by about 580% compared to the previous day. The token’s 24-hour volume has shattered records, crossing the $500 billion mark and edging closer to $550 billion.
So, What’s Fueling the HFT Rally?
Much of the excitement seems linked to HFT’s recent integration with the Solana network. On June 11, Hashflow announced that users could now deposit and withdraw HFT through Solana, with support from several major exchanges including Binance.
“A new chain. Faster Execution. Broader reach. Welcome, Solana army. Let’s flow,” Hashflow posted on its official X account, hinting at even more integrations on the horizon.
This move is significant because Solana is known for its speed and low transaction costs, making it attractive for traders looking for efficient on-chain operations. Prior to this expansion, Hashflow had already launched on Ethereum, then spread to other networks like BNB Chain and Avalanche. The addition of Solana has opened up new opportunities for the platform and its token.
Meanwhile, Hashflow also addressed some confusion around its token unlock schedule. On July 1, the team shared details clarifying that token unlocks happen gradually each day rather than through large, sudden releases.
“To clarify: tokens unlock linearly each day. No cliffs or large batch releases. Just a steady daily schedule,” Hashflow explained.
According to the team, 75% of tokens held by insiders including team members, ecosystem partners, and investors—will vest linearly over three to five years. Additionally, the protocol plans to issue new HFT tokens at a steady rate of 4% annually going forward.
The combination of Solana integration and greater transparency about token economics seems to have restored confidence in HFT, fueling both price gains and a spike in trading volume.
While the token is still far below its historic highs, Hashflow’s ongoing developments and cross-chain ambitions suggest that the project is determined to cement its place in the competitive world of decentralized trading.
