Boyaa Interactive, the Hong Kong-listed gaming firm, has taken another major step in its Web3 pivot by expanding its Bitcoin treasury. The company announced on August 25 that it had acquired an additional 290 BTC over the past three weeks, spending about $32.9 million in cash reserves.
This latest buy pushes Boyaa’s total holdings to 3,670 BTC, purchased at an average cost of $62,878 per coin.

The purchase was significant enough to require a special disclosure filing, as it exceeded limits previously approved by shareholders. Boyaa emphasized that all purchases were executed through regulated platforms, reinforcing its focus on compliance and transparency.
