Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), the parent company behind the conservative social media platform Truth Social, is making a bold entry into the financial services sector with plans to launch a series of digital asset-focused exchange-traded funds (ETFs). In a newly announced partnership, TMTG has joined forces with crypto exchange giant Crypto.com and asset manager Yorkville America Digital to offer a new suite of investment products under the “Truth.Fi” brand.
The planned ETFs aim to blend exposure to both digital assets like Bitcoin and traditional “Made in America” securities across industries such as manufacturing and energy. Subject to regulatory approval, the ETFs are expected to roll out later this year and will be available to investors across the United States, Europe, and Asia via existing brokerage platforms.
A New Era for Trump Media
The initiative represents a significant pivot for TMTG, which has primarily focused on digital media since its founding. The company has already filed to trademark six financial products under the Truth.Fi label. These include ETFs and separately managed accounts (SMAs) centered on themes such as energy independence, American manufacturing, and Bitcoin investment.
Devin Nunes, Chairman and CEO of Trump Media, emphasized the strategic importance of the new offerings in a press release:
“We’re gratified to work with great partners… and look forward to bringing ETFs to the market for investors who believe both the American economy and digital assets are poised for tremendous growth.”
Backed by Major Players
Crypto.com will play a central role in the partnership, leveraging its broker-dealer subsidiary, Foris Capital US LLC, to facilitate distribution. The platform’s CEO, Kris Marszalek, hailed the move as proof of Crypto.com’s capabilities in bridging traditional and digital financial systems.
Meanwhile, Yorkville CEO Troy Rillo noted that the collaboration aligns with his firm’s “America-First” investment strategy, calling the development “a significant milestone.”
TMTG’s commitment to the venture is more than symbolic. The company has pledged to invest up to $250 million of its own capital into the new ETF lineup and related SMAs. Custody services for the investment vehicles will be provided by Charles Schwab, one of the largest financial services providers in the United States.
What’s Next?
While the launch is contingent on regulatory clearance, the collaboration positions Trump Media as a serious contender in the growing intersection between digital assets and mainstream finance. The entry into ETFs also comes at a time when institutional interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain-based investments continues to accelerate.
With a growing suite of financial products, Trump Media is clearly signaling that its ambitions extend far beyond social media. If approved, the Truth.Fi ETFs could become a noteworthy new option for investors who want exposure to both blockchain innovation and American economic growth.
