Omanhash Becomes the Official Mining Pool

Rather than connecting their computing power to international mining pools, licensed mining companies operating in Oman are expected to route their hash power through Omanhash. The project is being developed through collaboration between Frontier Technologies LLC, an Oman-based blockchain and Web3 company, and Enegix Global, which is providing the technical infrastructure and liquidity support required to operate the mining pool.
Strategic Partnership Supports the Initiative
Enegix Global brings substantial experience to the project and has previously worked on sovereign-backed mining initiatives.
Olzhas Amirov, Chief Business Development Officer at Enegix, described Omanhash as the company’s second sovereign mandate and emphasized the importance of clear licensing frameworks for the mining industry.
According to Amirov, a well-defined regulatory environment allows mining companies to operate legally while maintaining open communication with government authorities. This transparency helps reduce uncertainty and encourages long-term investment in mining infrastructure.
