The move comes as Bitcoin rebounds sharply climbing 3.65% in the last 24 hours after the U.S. successfully intercepted Iranian missiles in retaliation for recent military escalations. The largest cryptocurrency is currently trading at $105,730, according to crypto.news.
Strategic Timing Over Dip-Buying
Unlike many corporate Bitcoin holders who traditionally buy the dip, The Smarter Web Company waited for signs of price recovery before making its latest acquisition. According to the company’s press release, the decision was driven by director-level confidence in timing:
“The Smarter Web Company will only make acquisitions where the Directors believe the timing and opportunity is appropriate,” the statement read.
The firm’s average Bitcoin purchase price now stands at $104,450 per BTC, and its total BTC treasury is valued at approximately £42.38 million ($58.15 million USD).

The latest crypto market volatility follows an intense sequence of geopolitical events. Two days ago, Bitcoin fell as low as $98,467 after U.S. President Donald Trump ordered strikes on Iranian nuclear sites, aligning with Israel amid ongoing Middle East tensions.
