XRP is gaining a fresh institutional access point after Digital Wealth Partners (DWP) unveiled a new algorithmic trading strategy designed specifically for qualified retirement accounts, including IRAs.
The U.S.-based registered investment advisory firm announced that the strategy allows high-net-worth and accredited investors to gain professionally managed XRP exposure within tax-advantaged retirement structures. The launch reflects growing demand for structured digital asset products that align with traditional wealth management and compliance standards.
The XRP strategy operates as a separately managed account and is powered by Arch Public, a quantitative trading firm that provides systematic trading signals. Instead of relying on discretionary trading decisions, the strategy executes trades automatically based on predefined quantitative models and technical indicators.
According to DWP, this approach aims to remove emotional bias from trading while offering investors exposure to XRP’s price movements through a disciplined, rules-based framework. Because the strategy runs inside eligible retirement accounts, investors may be able to actively trade without triggering immediate taxable events, depending on the account structure.
All client XRP assets are custodied at Anchorage Digital, a federally chartered digital asset bank. DWP emphasized that institutional-grade custody, security, and regulatory alignment were core components of the product’s design, especially given its integration into retirement planning.
The firm noted that XRP was selected for the strategy due to its liquidity, fast transaction settlement, and volatility characteristics, which are considered well-suited for algorithmic trading systems.
