XRP is showing renewed strength in the market, recovering more quickly than most large-cap altcoins as optimism grows around the potential launch of multiple XRP-focused exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The token is trading around $2.50, up more than 4% in the past 24 hours and roughly 6% over the past week after bouncing back from its recent dip below $2.20.
The price boost comes as investor enthusiasm builds around the growing number of XRP ETF proposals appearing on regulatory and clearing platforms.
Over 10 XRP ETFs Listed as Active or Pre-Launch
A key driver behind the recovery is the noticeable uptick in institutional interest. More than ten XRP ETF proposals are now listed as active or pre-launch on the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) platform the infrastructure backbone used by financial institutions for clearing and settlement.
Momentum grew even further as Nasdaq certified the first U.S. spot XRP ETF, submitted by Canary Capital, which is set to launch at the U.S. market open on Thursday. This follows the earlier release of REX Osprey’s XRP ETF in September.
With multiple funds coming online, XRP is now joining Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) as one of the few cryptocurrencies with expanding ETF representation in traditional markets.
Cooling Market Volatility Helps XRP’s Recovery
October’s heightened volatility has begun to ease, allowing XRP to regain footing and attract new capital inflows. With growing institutional demand and clearer regulatory structures forming, traders are more confident that ETFs could significantly strengthen market depth and long-term price stability.
XRP Price Outlook: Consolidation Continues
Despite the recent gains, XRP remains in a consolidation zone, holding firm between:
- Support: $2.19
- Resistance: $2.70
This upper level has acted as a ceiling for more than five weeks, and XRP must decisively break above it with a daily candle close to trigger a new wave of bullish momentum.
A successful breakout can open the pathway toward a potential move toward the $3 psychological level. However, the more likely scenario in the short term is continued consolidation, especially if buyers fail to overpower the $2.70 resistance.
These consolidation phases often work as healthy resets that help build the momentum needed for a stronger rally, and ETF developments are likely to continue playing a pivotal role in influencing market sentiment.
