The Real World Asset (RWA) sector is heating up again, and leading the charge today are XLM, INJ, and ONDO. After taking a breather from their previous rallies, all three are now showing signs of renewed strength bouncing from support zones and aiming for fresh highs. Whether you’re looking for short-term trades or positioning for bigger moves, here’s a closer look at where these tokens stand and what kind of upside potential they’re offering.
Stellar (XLM): Ready for Round Two?
XLM had an explosive run not long ago, jumping from $0.22 to a high of $0.52 between June 22 and July 18. That’s a massive 140% gain and about 56% of that came after a breakout from a clean double bottom pattern at $0.33. Naturally, after such a sharp move, price cooled off, pulling back to $0.36 and briefly slipping under its 20-day EMA.
But bulls weren’t done. XLM held above its key breakout level at $0.33 and recently reclaimed the 20 EMA. The fact that the bullish EMA 20 / SMA 50 crossover is still intact adds more confidence to the setup. With XLM now trading near $0.41, there’s a clear 27% upside if it can reclaim the $0.52 peak. Support is solid at $0.36, as shown by the 8% bounce candle we saw on August 3 a clear sign that buyers are defending that level hard.
Injective (INJ): Setting Up for the Next Leg Higher?
INJ had a brief breakout moment when it spiked to $16.35 on July 28, trying to break out of an ascending triangle. But it couldn’t hold the move and slid back inside the pattern. Despite dropping below the 20 and 50-day moving averages, INJ found its footing right at the 50 SMA, which is now acting as a strong support base.
Currently hovering around $13.10 and testing the 20-day EMA again, INJ still looks technically healthy. The bullish EMA/SMA crossover is intact, and if momentum picks up, a move back to the $16 resistance zone would be a 22% jump. Should INJ manage to break that level with volume, the measured move points to a $25 target that’s a potential 90% gain from where we are now.
Ondo Finance (ONDO): Can It Reclaim Its Previous High?
ONDO has been a quiet but steady performer in the RWA space. It recently tried to break out above its $1.20 neckline but failed, dropping sharply to $0.84. Fortunately, the 50-day SMA came to the rescue, offering a strong bounce point. Since then, ONDO has climbed back to around $0.92 and is now testing the 20 EMA.
The technical setup still has bullish undertones, with the 20 EMA and 50 SMA holding their crossover. If ONDO can maintain this momentum, it could retest the $1.20 level—a potential 30% move from current prices. That said, the earlier failed breakout means the original double bottom is off the table, but the broader uptrend remains valid.
Which One Looks the Strongest?
All three tokens XLM, INJ, and ONDO are showing solid setups with clear upside targets. XLM has already proven itself with a clean breakout-retest-bounce structure and could be the safer short-term play. INJ has the most explosive upside potential if it breaks out cleanly, while ONDO offers a nice risk-reward bounce scenario but still has to prove it can reclaim key resistance.
In short, the RWA sector is having a moment, and these three tokens are leading the charge. If the momentum continues, double-digit gains could just be getting started.
