Announced on July 21 via Kaito’s official X account, Capital Launchpad is designed to bridge the gap between early-stage crypto projects and their communities. But instead of the typical first-come, first-served model, Kaito is introducing a more thoughtful and equitable allocation system.
Here’s how it works: allocations will be based on factors like a participant’s social reputation, onchain activity, regional background, and their long-term alignment with the goals of the project. This shift encourages genuine community involvement over speed or insider advantage.
Projects joining the platform will be expected to share key fundraising details upfront like valuation, funding targets, and vesting terms before any capital is committed. After an initial curated round, any remaining tokens may be made available during a public, open-access phase.
Kaito is also making sure that social contributors don’t go unnoticed. The platform will integrate with tools like the Yapper Leaderboard and Yap Points, rewarding users who actively engage and share insights on X (formerly Twitter).
In a move to reinforce its community-first philosophy, Kaito plans to redistribute all platform fees back to its users through an upcoming gKAITO distribution mechanism. Users can start preparing their accounts and completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification beginning July 22, ensuring they’re ready for the first launch events.
Capital Launchpad builds on Kaito’s growing ecosystem, which already includes tools like MetaSearch, Kaito Pro, and community analytics dashboards. Since its founding in 2022, Kaito has prioritized transparency and engagement, most recently highlighted by its partnership with Bybit on a $1 million campaign.
