Stable Sea has expanded its corporate cash-management offering by adding two more WisdomTree digital funds to its platform. The move gives eligible businesses access to three SEC-registered investment products, with minimum investments starting at just $1.
The newly added funds are the WisdomTree Short-Duration Income Digital Fund (WTSIX) and the WisdomTree Floating Rate Treasury Digital Fund (FLTTX). They join the WisdomTree Treasury Money Market Digital Fund (WTGXX), which became available through Stable Sea earlier this year.
Together, the three funds give finance teams more flexibility when deciding how to manage company cash based on liquidity needs, investment timelines, and income objectives.
Stable Sea Expands Its WisdomTree Partnership
Stable Sea initially partnered with WisdomTree in April, when it introduced WTGXX to its Stable Sea Terminal. The platform is designed to help corporate finance teams manage cash and access investment products through a single interface.
With WTSIX and FLTTX now added, eligible companies have three different options instead of relying on a single money-market product.
Businesses can place buy and sell orders through the Stable Sea dashboard, although the transactions are handled through WisdomTree Securities Inc., an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member.
Before investing, eligible Stable Sea users must establish an account relationship with WisdomTree Securities and complete the required onboarding and verification process.
Stable Sea CEO and co-founder Tanner Taddeo said the expanded lineup is intended to help businesses match their cash investments with when they expect to need those funds.
The three options cover different needs, ranging from highly liquid money-market exposure to floating-rate Treasuries and an actively managed short-duration income strategy.
Three Funds Designed for Different Cash Needs
The WisdomTree Treasury Money Market Digital Fund, or WTGXX, has the lowest entry requirement, with a minimum investment of only $1.
The fund primarily invests in short-term U.S. Treasury securities and is designed to provide current income while preserving capital and maintaining liquidity. It has an expense ratio of 0.25% and, according to figures provided with the announcement, had a seven-day SEC yield of 3.46%.
WTGXX also aims to maintain a stable net asset value of $1 per share, making it the most cash-like option among the three products.
FLTTX, meanwhile, focuses on floating-rate U.S. Treasury obligations. The interest rates attached to these securities adjust based on scheduled Treasury auctions, distinguishing them from traditional fixed-rate Treasury securities.
The fund requires a minimum investment of $25 and carries a relatively low expense ratio of 0.05%. Its reported 30-day SEC yield stood at 3.81%.
The third option, WTSIX, takes a more actively managed approach. The fund seeks to generate income while maintaining capital preservation as an investment objective.
WTSIX also has a $25 minimum investment but charges a higher expense ratio of 0.40%. Its reported 30-day SEC yield was 4.42%, the highest among the three funds based on figures supplied with the announcement.
However, the higher potential income comes with different risks. WTSIX holdings may expose investors to credit, interest-rate, and income risks that differ from those associated with money-market funds or Treasury-focused portfolios.
Investors should also remember that SEC yields change with market conditions and do not guarantee future returns.
Making Institutional-Grade Products More Accessible
One of the main goals of the expanded partnership is to make regulated cash-management products more accessible to businesses that may not have the resources of large corporate treasury departments.
WisdomTree Head of Digital Assets Will Peck said businesses have different liquidity requirements, while high investment minimums and complicated manual processes have historically made institutional-grade products harder to access.
Stable Sea’s platform attempts to simplify that process by allowing eligible finance teams to access several investment strategies from the same dashboard they already use to manage corporate cash.
The low investment minimums are particularly notable.
While WTGXX starts at just $1 and the other two funds require $25, some institutional products can require millions of dollars in initial investment. That difference could make tokenized investment products more practical for smaller and mid-sized businesses.
Stable Sea estimates that U.S. companies collectively hold more than $5 trillion in cash and cash-equivalent accounts, much of which generates little or no interest.
By offering several investment choices, the company wants businesses to divide their available cash according to operational and liquidity requirements rather than placing all excess funds into a single product.
Tokenized Funds Still Operate Under Securities Rules
Although these WisdomTree funds use blockchain technology, tokenization does not remove traditional financial regulations.
The products remain regulated securities, meaning investors must still meet eligibility requirements, complete identity verification, and comply with account and transfer restrictions.
Transactions are conducted through WisdomTree Securities rather than an open or permissionless crypto marketplace.
Similarly, SEC registration should not be viewed as a government guarantee of investment performance. Investors remain exposed to the risks, fees, and conditions described in each fund’s prospectus, including the possibility of losing principal.
The products are also investments rather than bank deposits, so they are not protected by FDIC insurance.
Tokenized Real-World Assets Continue to Grow
Stable Sea’s expansion comes as tokenized real-world assets continue gaining traction across traditional finance and blockchain markets.
According to RWA.xyz figures cited by Stable Sea, the value of tokenized real-world assets in the United States had surpassed $31 billion by mid-2026. That compares with roughly $6 billion at the beginning of 2025.
Tokenized Treasury and money-market products accounted for more than $15 billion of that total.
The rapid growth reflects increasing interest in using blockchain infrastructure to provide access to traditional financial assets such as government debt, money-market instruments, and investment funds.
Major asset managers, banks, and payment networks have also been exploring tokenized financial products, further narrowing the gap between traditional finance and blockchain-based infrastructure.
WisdomTree managed more than $150 billion in assets when the expanded Stable Sea relationship was announced.
For Stable Sea, adding WTSIX and FLTTX alongside WTGXX gives corporate finance teams a broader range of regulated investment choices while keeping access within a single cash-management platform.
The development also highlights a wider trend in tokenization: blockchain-based financial products are increasingly being designed not only for crypto investors but also for businesses looking for more flexible ways to manage everyday corporate cash.
