With this new custodial license, the company can now handle the entire lifecycle of security tokens without relying on external custodians, enhancing both security and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cObtaining the custodial license under our CMS framework is a key step in DigiFT\u2019s mission to build a robust and fully compliant digital asset ecosystem. In February 2025, DigiFT collaborated with Invesco to offer a tokenized version of a $6.3 billion private credit fund, aiming to provide accredited and institutional investors access to Invesco\u2019s private credit strategies through its platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, in November 2024, DigiFT partnered with UBS Asset Management to launch \u2018uMINT,\u2019 UBS\u2019s first tokenized money market fund, enabling investors to gain exposure to a tokenized version of UBS\u2019s USD Money Market Investment Fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impact on the Digital Asset Ecosystem<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>DigiFT\u2019s newly obtained custodial license strengthens its position in Singapore\u2019s evolving digital asset landscape.
