SEC Extends Review Period<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

According to a regulatory filing on February 28, 2025<\/strong>, the SEC announced that it was extending the timeline to allow \u201csufficient time to consider the proposed rule change.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under U.S. federal law<\/strong>, the agency has up to 60 additional days<\/strong> to reach a final verdict if a decision is not made within the initial 180-day review period<\/strong>.
