Bybit <strong>CEO Ben Zhou<\/strong> has announced that the exchange will soon <strong>publish an audited proof-of-reserves report<\/strong> to confirm that Bybit is <strong>100% 1:1 on client assets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bybit Hacker Begins Laundering Stolen ETH<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While Bybit is regaining stability, <strong>on-chain data suggests the hacker is actively laundering funds<\/strong>. The attacker, <strong>believed to be North Korea\u2019s Lazarus Group<\/strong>, has started making <strong>two to three transactions per minute<\/strong>, moving <strong>ETH across multiple wallets<\/strong> in an attempt to <strong>obscure the trail of stolen assets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite the attack, <strong>Bybit\u2019s swift recovery and repayment of loans<\/strong> demonstrate <strong>resilience in the crypto industry<\/strong>, with support from <strong>major exchanges helping stabilize the situation<\/strong>.
