Arbitrum has received a major long-term price target from Standard Chartered, with the bank forecasting that ARB could reach $10 by the end of 2030<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The forecast represents a dramatic increase from ARB\u2019s price of around $0.13<\/strong> when the research note was published. Standard Chartered\u2019s outlook is based largely on Arbitrum\u2019s growing role in enterprise blockchain infrastructure, revenue generated through dedicated chains such as Robinhood Chain, and the expected expansion of tokenized financial assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, the bank also warned that its forecast depends heavily on future network adoption, protocol revenue and broader growth in tokenization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard Chartered sets $10 Arbitrum price target<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Standard Chartered has initiated coverage of Arbitrum\u2019s ARB token with a long-term target of $10 by the end of 2030<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bank also provided several interim forecasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It expects ARB to reach approximately:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • $0.50 by the end of 2026<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • $1.50 in 2027<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • $3.50 in 2028<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • $6.50 in 2029<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • $10 in 2030<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    ARB was trading near $0.13<\/strong> when the forecast was published, meaning the bank\u2019s 2030 target would represent roughly a 70-fold increase from that level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It is important to note that the $0.50 figure mentioned in some discussions is Standard Chartered\u2019s forecast for the end of 2026, not ARB\u2019s current market price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The projections are also estimates rather than guaranteed outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Arbitrum price outlook depends on enterprise adoption<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    A major part of Standard Chartered\u2019s bullish Arbitrum thesis is the network\u2019s ability to attract traditional financial companies that want to build dedicated blockchain infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The bank believes Arbitrum has a strong position because companies can use its technology to create custom networks while still remaining connected to the broader Ethereum ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Standard Chartered described this as a potential advantage as banks, brokers and other financial institutions move more activity onchain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Standard Chartered separately projects Bitcoin at approximately $100,000 by the end of 2026<\/strong> and $500,000 in 2030<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Ethereum, meanwhile, is projected at around $4,000 in 2026<\/strong> and $40,000 by 2030<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Still, the Arbitrum forecast carries substantial risks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Slower adoption of tokenized assets, stronger competition from other blockchains and limited direct value capture for the ARB token could all reduce the likelihood of reaching the bank\u2019s targets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ARB token value remains a key challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    One important concern is the relationship between Arbitrum network activity and the ARB token itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ARB holders participate in governance through ArbitrumDAO and have influence over the ecosystem\u2019s treasury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    However, ARB holders do not automatically receive a direct share of network revenue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Standard Chartered highlighted this structure as one of the major risks to ARB\u2019s long-term valuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Even if activity across Arbitrum-based networks continues to expand, the market will still need to determine how much of that economic growth should be reflected in the price of the governance token.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Robinhood Chain strengthens Arbitrum revenue model<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Robinhood Chain plays a major role in Standard Chartered\u2019s forecast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The network launched publicly on July 1, 2026<\/strong>, using Arbitrum technology while settling transactions to Ethereum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Under the Arbitrum Expansion Program, certain chains built using Arbitrum\u2019s technology return 10% of net protocol revenue<\/strong> to the Arbitrum ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Of that amount, eight percentage points go to ArbitrumDAO, while two percentage points are allocated to the Arbitrum Developer Guild.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This arrangement provides Arbitrum with a potential revenue stream from companies building dedicated blockchain networks using its technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Standard Chartered estimated that Robinhood Chain generated average daily fee revenue of around $2.8 million<\/strong> during the first two weeks of September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Based on that run rate, the bank estimated Arbitrum could receive roughly $5 million in expansion-program fees during September<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    That figure remains an estimate rather than a completed monthly result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Robinhood generated early revenue for Arbitrum<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Official figures from the Arbitrum Foundation provide an earlier indication of the potential revenue model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Foundation reported approximately $360,000 in Arbitrum Expansion Program license fees during July<\/strong>, Robinhood Chain\u2019s first month on mainnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Those fees represented about 35% of ArbitrumDAO income during the month<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    During the first half of 2026, ArbitrumDAO received around $6.19 million<\/strong> from transaction fees, Timeboost, expansion-program license payments and treasury income.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The ecosystem also processed approximately 478 million transactions<\/strong> during the six-month period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By the end of that period, Arbitrum held more than $125 million in non-ARB treasury assets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    These figures help explain why Standard Chartered believes enterprise chains could become increasingly important to Arbitrum\u2019s economics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Tokenized assets could become a major growth driver<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The second major part of Standard Chartered\u2019s bullish Arbitrum outlook is the expected expansion of tokenized financial assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The bank forecasts the total value of onchain tokenized assets could grow from roughly $340 billion to $4 trillion by the end of 2028<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Standard Chartered has previously estimated that around half of that total could come from stablecoins and the other half from tokenized real-world assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The bank believes established blockchain and decentralized finance platforms could capture a portion of the activity created as traditional assets increasingly move onchain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Arbitrum could potentially benefit from that transition if financial institutions choose its technology for their dedicated networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Tokenized equities could reach $750 billion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Standard Chartered is particularly bullish on tokenized stocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The bank estimates that the tokenized equity market could reach approximately $750 billion by the end of 2028<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Arbitrum Foundation has described this as roughly a 250-fold expansion compared with the current market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Independent figures from RWA.xyz showed around $2.85 billion in distributed tokenized stock value<\/strong> as of Sept. 12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Using that figure, growth to $750 billion would represent an increase of roughly 263 times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Robinhood accounted for approximately $145.6 million<\/strong> of the tokenized stock value tracked at the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If tokenized equities grow anywhere near Standard Chartered\u2019s forecast, blockchain networks that support institutional and retail trading infrastructure could benefit significantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Robinhood gives Arbitrum an early TradFi use case<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Robinhood has become one of Arbitrum\u2019s most important examples of traditional finance moving onchain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The company initially launched tokenized U.S. stocks and exchange-traded products on Arbitrum One in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It later moved its newer stock-token infrastructure onto its own dedicated blockchain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Robinhood Chain launched publicly in July 2026 as an Ethereum Layer 2 focused on tokenized assets and decentralized finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Its Stock Tokens are available to eligible Robinhood Wallet customers in more than 120 countries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Arbitrum describes this strategy as a launch-and-migrate model<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A business can initially launch its products on Arbitrum One and later migrate to a dedicated Arbitrum-powered chain when it requires greater control over performance, governance or compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This model could become particularly attractive to large financial institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Robinhood Chain activity grows after launch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Robinhood Chain recorded strong early activity following its July launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    By early September, the network had reached approximately $791 million in total value locked<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Daily revenue also reached around $4.01 million on Sept. 2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    However, not all of this activity came from tokenized equities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A significant portion of early transactions involved decentralized finance and speculative tokens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Even so, Standard Chartered believes Robinhood\u2019s early performance increases the likelihood that other traditional financial companies could consider deploying networks using the Arbitrum technology stack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    More enterprise deployments could translate into additional expansion-program fees and potentially strengthen the broader Arbitrum ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What could prevent ARB from reaching $10?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Standard Chartered\u2019s forecast is highly optimistic, but several factors could prevent ARB from reaching its projected price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The biggest risks include slower-than-expected adoption of tokenized assets, stronger competition from other blockchain networks and uncertainty surrounding regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The ARB token\u2019s limited direct exposure to network revenue is another important concern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Regulatory developments will also play a significant role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Rules surrounding tokenized equities in the United States, along with legislation such as the CLARITY Act, could influence how quickly financial companies adopt blockchain-based infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
