Strategy is not tackling the challenge alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How the consortium will operate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Rather than creating a single centralized fund, each member will independently allocate its portion of the $15 million<\/strong> commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
