While there\u2019s no confirmation that the Bitcoin has been sold, the destinations and timing have sparked discussion among market watchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A closer look at the Bitcoin transfers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The largest movement took place just hours ago, when a Bhutan-linked wallet transferred <strong>184 BTC<\/strong>, valued at around <strong>$14 million<\/strong>, to a new address. A few days earlier, another <strong>100 BTC<\/strong>, worth roughly <strong>$8.3 million<\/strong>, was sent to an address labeled as an institutional merchant deposit connected to QCP Capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transfers to this type of infrastructure don\u2019t automatically mean a sale has occurred. More often, they signal <strong>treasury management<\/strong>, such as preparing assets for liquidity, rebalancing, or hedging during periods of market volatility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That context matters, especially with Bitcoin trading under pressure in recent weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arkham points to a familiar pattern<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>What\u2019s making these moves stand out is Bhutan\u2019s <strong>historical behavior<\/strong>. According to Arkham, Bhutan has previously sold Bitcoin in <strong>structured clips of around $50 million<\/strong>, rather than through large, single transactions that could disrupt the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The firm highlighted that heavy selling was observed between mid and late September 2025.
