He predicts silver will reach <strong>$70<\/strong> in the near term and <strong>$200 by 2026<\/strong>, calling it the most compelling asset for anyone looking to protect their wealth during the downturn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kiyosaki also warned that rapid advances in AI will eliminate millions of jobs globally, which in turn could trigger <strong>major crashes in office and residential real estate<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kiyosaki Sold $2.25M in Bitcoin at $90K Reinvested in Business Ventures<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The warning comes shortly after Kiyosaki revealed he had sold <strong>$2.25 million worth of Bitcoin<\/strong> at around <strong>$90,000<\/strong> per coin.
