Yet instead of building a unified global system, the industry keeps growing into isolated islands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each chain arrives with its own wallet requirements, fees, tooling, and developer stack leaving users, developers, and enterprises second-guessing every move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One in three developers now works across multiple chains, not because they want to, but because they have to. Wrapped tokens act like travelers carrying fake passports, hopping between chains through complex infrastructure that has to be rebuilt again and again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is not scaling.<br>This is fragmentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And it\u2019s the biggest roadblock preventing enterprises from embracing blockchain at the scale the industry has long promised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Interoperability Myth: Bridges Aren\u2019t Enough<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Many blockchains claim interoperability, but in practice, most solutions rely on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Token bridges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>APIs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third-party custody<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wrapped assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are technical band-aids, not foundations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under stress \u2014 spikes in volume, network congestion, or attacks these connectors fail.
