Public Chains: Ethereum Remains the Leader<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Yi emphasized <strong>Ethereum (ETH)<\/strong> as the dominant force among public blockchains. Data from DeFiLlama shows that Ethereum\u2019s <strong>total value locked (TVL)<\/strong> stands at <strong>$75.21 billion<\/strong>, accounting for <strong>67.3% of the entire DeFi market<\/strong>. The network currently supports more than <strong>1,660 protocols<\/strong>, outperforming <strong>Solana<\/strong>, <strong>BNB Chain<\/strong>, and <strong>Bitcoin<\/strong> in both ecosystem activity and DeFi dominance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Exchanges: BNB and Aster as Dual Growth Engines<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>When it comes to exchange ecosystems, Yi pointed to <strong>BNB<\/strong> and <strong>Aster<\/strong> as the most promising projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>BNB<\/strong>, according to him, benefits from a <strong>stable income base<\/strong> and a <strong>strong ecological foundation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aster<\/strong>, meanwhile, is seen as <strong>Binance\u2019s \u201csecond growth curve\u201d<\/strong>, with Yi calling it the <strong>most strategically important project<\/strong> in the Binance ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Although Aster currently ranks <strong>6th in TVL<\/strong> among BSC protocols with <strong>$531.4 million locked<\/strong> compared to PancakeSwap\u2019s <strong>$2.39 billion<\/strong> it has shown <strong>rapid growth<\/strong>.
