A \u201cPopular Initiative\u201d to Bring Bitcoin Into the Constitution<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In a video shared online, Kullmann explained that he and his team are developing a \u201cpopular initiative\u201d<\/strong> a mechanism in Swiss law that allows citizens to propose constitutional amendments through a nationwide referendum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To bring such a proposal to a vote, the initiative must gather at least 100,000 signatures<\/strong>. Once that threshold is met, the public can decide whether the change should be adopted into the constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Bitcoin as a National Reserve Asset How Realistic Is It?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Kullmann\u2019s proposal may take time, but it underscores Switzerland\u2019s unique blend of financial conservatism and technological openness<\/strong>.
