Xu noted that OKX Web3 has been testing similar perpetual products since 2023 but has held back from launching on mainnet due to regulatory uncertainty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He specifically referenced the <strong>CFTC\u2019s 2023 enforcement action against Deridex<\/strong> as a warning sign.
