The deal, set to close on September 4, 2025, will funnel the raised capital into two main areas: purchasing Dogecoin for CleanCore\u2019s treasury and covering general working capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This move signals a bold step by CleanCore, which intends to <strong>accumulate and hold DOGE long term<\/strong> as part of its financial strategy. The decision is not happening in isolation CleanCore\u2019s plan comes with the support of the <strong>Dogecoin Foundation<\/strong> and its corporate arm, <strong>House of Doge<\/strong>, as well as backing from more than 80 venture-capital investors, including Pantera, GSR, and FalconX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marco Margiotta, CEO of House of Doge, described the shift as more than just another corporate crypto play:<br><em>\u201cDogecoin has always been powered by its community, the most loyal and passionate in the digital asset space. Filings for spot DOGE ETFs are already on the table with the SEC, and corporate treasuries are beginning to consider DOGE alongside Bitcoin and Ethereum as part of their balance sheets. Together, these catalysts have been fueling Dogecoin\u2019s price momentum in recent weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What started as a meme coin is increasingly being taken seriously. Dogecoin\u2019s current focus areas <strong>payments, tokenization, and yield opportunities<\/strong> are setting the stage for broader adoption. According to Timothy Stebbing, director at the Dogecoin Foundation and CTO at House of Doge, the CleanCore deal marks a pivotal moment:<br><em>\u201cThis new treasury vehicle is a fundamental step toward bringing institutional adoption to Dogecoin.
