Michael Saylor\u2019s Bitcoin-focused company, Strategy Inc., is tweaking its financing approach relaxing restrictions on stock issuance just weeks after pledging tighter rules. The move comes as investor concerns mount over dilution, even while the firm sits on massive Bitcoin gains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
