But beneath the short-term weakness, the technical and fundamental picture is pointing to something bigger a potential breakout that could send the token toward <strong>$5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cup-and-Handle Pattern Signals Strength<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Since January, XRP\u2019s daily chart has been shaping a <strong>cup-and-handle<\/strong> pattern, one of the most bullish setups in technical analysis. The \u201ccup\u201d tops out at <strong>$3.40<\/strong> and bottoms at <strong>$1.6135<\/strong> (the February low). That portion is now complete, and XRP has entered the \u201chandle\u201d phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inside that handle, a smaller <strong>inverse head-and-shoulders<\/strong> pattern has emerged another bullish sign. On top of that, XRP has held above both the <strong>50-day<\/strong> and <strong>100-day EMAs<\/strong>, showing that buyers remain in control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adding to the case, XRP has rebounded from a major support\/resistance level on the <strong>Murrey Math Lines<\/strong>, increasing the odds of a breakout. If price clears the <strong>YTD high of $3.65<\/strong>, the next target could be the psychological <strong>$5<\/strong> level. The bullish case would weaken only if XRP slips below <strong>$2.73<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>XRP Ledger Growth Adds Fundamental Fuel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s not just the chart looking good the <strong>XRP Ledger<\/strong> itself is gaining momentum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Total value locked (TVL)<\/strong> is up <strong>16%<\/strong> in the last 30 days, reaching <strong>$85 million<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stablecoin holdings on the network have surged past <strong>$167 million<\/strong>, led by <strong>Ripple USD (RLUSD)<\/strong>, whose supply has grown to <strong>$642 million<\/strong> this year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Future growth could accelerate with Ripple bringing <strong>Hidden Road transactions<\/strong> onto the ledger and leveraging its <strong>Rail acquisition<\/strong> to expand its stablecoin strategy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Possible ETF Approval Could Be a Game-Changer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Another potential catalyst? The <strong>SEC<\/strong>, now led by pro-crypto chair <strong>Paul Atkins<\/strong>, may greenlight several pending <strong>XRP ETF<\/strong> applications.
