Historically, the Coinbase Premium has tended to spike during bitcoin rallies and decline when prices fall. A positive premium typically indicates rising interest from both institutional and retail investors, while a negative reading can signal heightened selling pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Encouragingly, Burakkesmeci believes demand for bitcoin remains solid, even with prices pushing into record territory. That suggests bulls may still have gas left in the tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Adding to bitcoin\u2019s momentum, the U.S. spot bitcoin ETF market has been seeing massive inflows<\/strong>. Over the past 21 trading days, there\u2019s only been a single day of net outflows. So far in July, spot bitcoin ETFs have attracted at least $4.5 billion<\/strong> in new investments and analysts expect that trend to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Institutional interest has also been ramping up. More corporate treasuries are adopting bitcoin as part of their financial strategies, turning themselves into bitcoin treasury companies. The creation of strategic bitcoin reserves in the U.S. has played a pivotal role in this wave of adoption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Most analysts remain optimistic about bitcoin\u2019s short-term outlook.
